Welcome to Nuptly (“Nuptly”, “we”, “our”, “us”, or “Nuptly Global Limited”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Nuptly website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Nuptly.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including couples, vendors, visitors, and anyone who interacts with our services.

 

Who We Are

Nuptly is a wedding-planning and vendor marketplace platform designed to simplify the wedding-planning experience.

Our services may include wedding planning tools, vendor discovery, communication features, budgeting tools, guest management, timelines, digital planning resources, AI-powered features, and other services we introduce from time to time.

Nuptly provides a platform that connects couples and vendors. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Nuptly does not provide the wedding services offered by vendors and is not a party to agreements made between users.

 

Definitions

In these Terms:

Platform means the Nuptly website, applications, and related services.

User means anyone who accesses or uses the Platform.

Couple means any individual using Nuptly to plan a wedding or related event.

Vendor means any business or individual offering products or services through the Platform.

Content means any text, photographs, videos, reviews, files, messages, graphics, logos, or other material uploaded or shared on the Platform.

Booking means any inquiry, reservation, agreement, or purchase made through the Platform.

Subscription means any paid plan that provides access to premium features.

 

Eligibility

To use Nuptly, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Comply with applicable laws while using the Platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.

 

Your Account

• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Platform.

Vendor Marketplace

Nuptly provides a marketplace where couples and vendors can connect.

Vendors are independent businesses and are solely responsible for:

• Their listings.
• Pricing.
• Availability.
• Service quality.
• Communication with clients.
• Delivery of their services.

Couples are responsible for reviewing vendor information before making booking decisions.

Nuptly does not guarantee the quality, availability, suitability, or outcome of services provided by vendors.

 

Payments and Subscriptions

Certain services may require payment.

By making a payment through Nuptly, you authorize our payment partners and us to process the transaction.

Subscription fees, pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms will be displayed before purchase.

Our Refund Policy governs refunds.

 

Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including payment processors, analytics providers, communication tools, mapping services, cloud hosting providers, or other technologies.

These third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Nuptly is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.

 

User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to Nuptly.

By submitting content, you grant Nuptly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, store, and process that content solely for operating, maintaining, improving, and promoting the Platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

 

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including its software, branding, logos, designs, graphics, and original content, belong to Nuptly or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

 

AI Features

Nuptly may offer AI-powered tools to assist users with planning, recommendations, budgeting, content generation, or other features.

 AI-generated content is intended as a planning aid and should not be considered professional, legal, financial, or other expert advice. For details on how ownership and verification of AI-generated outputs are handled, see the “AI-Generated Content” section of our Copyright/IP Policy.

Users remain responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated information before relying on it.

 

Privacy

Your privacy matters to us.

Our collection, use, storage, and sharing of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

 

Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive communications relating to your account and use of the Platform.

These may include:

Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuptly makes no warranties regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or suitability of the Platform or services provided through it.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the extent such liability is not excluded above, Nuptly’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to Nuptly in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) One Hundred United States Dollars (US$100).

Nuptly is not responsible for disputes, agreements, cancellations, delays, or losses arising from services provided by independent vendors.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

 

Feedback

We welcome feedback, suggestions, and ideas for improving Nuptly.

By submitting feedback, you grant Nuptly the right to use it without restriction or obligation to compensate you.

 

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make material changes, we will notify users through the Platform or other appropriate channels.

Your continued use of Nuptly after updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We encourage users first to contact us to resolve disputes informally before pursuing legal action.

 

Assignment

Nuptly may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, or sale of assets.

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

 

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

 

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, Community Guidelines, Acceptable Use Policy, Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy, and any other policies referenced on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nuptly regarding your use of the Platform.
