We also use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how users interact with the Platform, improve usability, monitor performance, and enhance the overall user experience.

Certain AI-powered features are powered by Google’s Gemini models to provide planning assistance, recommendations, and other intelligent features.

These third-party providers operate under their own privacy policies and process information only as necessary to provide their services.

To support customer service, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and platform operations, chat messages are retained for up to one (1) year after the conclusion of the engagement between a couple and vendor, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

 

How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information.

For example:

• Chat messages are generally retained for up to one (1) year after an engagement ends.
• Deleted account records may be retained for up to seven (7) years where required for legal, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or regulatory purposes.
• Information submitted through a “Forget Me” request will be permanently deleted or anonymized where legally permissible.

Where personal information no longer needs to be retained, we will securely delete, anonymize, or mask personally identifiable information (PII).

 

Managing Your Account

You have control over your account and personal information.

Available options include:

Deactivate My Account

Temporarily disables your account while preserving your information. You may reactivate your account at any time.

Delete My Account

Removes your access to the Platform. Certain records may be retained for up to seven (7) years where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Requests the deletion or anonymization of your personal information, subject to applicable legal or regulatory obligations that require us to retain certain records.
